This weeks GoodEat”s feature took place at, The North Center Annual RibFest. The North Center annual Ribs Fest took place on the Chicago’s North Side. The Festival brings in an average of 55,000 people, which means it was packed. Despite the crowds it was an amazing atmosphere that put all the attendees in good spirits.
They had live bands with fantastic music and a wide variety of food such as ribs, french fries fried in duck fat, funnel cakes, pulled pork sandwiches, and deep fried chocolate covered bacon! All and all, Ribfest was a great experience, there were crowds of happy people, good food and music. I highly recommend that everyone check out the RibFest next year. We will be at more festivals this summer so stay tune.
